In those days where nothing seems to be going right, what is your coping strategy? I'm talking about activities that re-centre you or things that take your mind to a better place. Now if you're thinking about food, cigarettes, alcohol then sorry to say these aren't coping strategies, they're crap strategies - they do more harm than good and can even effect your loved ones. 

You're much better off being in a place where you can achieve all that great positive feeling without any longer term negative effects on your health. It's achievable.

At this point you'll either know straight away or you'll have to think about it. If you don't know, let me give you some ways to identify your Passion:

1. What activity or hobby do you enjoy doing?

2. What activity or hobby did you enjoy doing when you were a kid?

3. Is there something you've always wanted to do but never had the time or money to do it?

4. If you were going to show a colleague something you're good at, what would it be?

Why do Passions lead to Positivity?

Let's keep it simple - it's basically because it taps into something that you find fun. When you're in a place you're having fun and enjoying yourself, something magical happens - you feel that joy 100%, it's pure Positivity!!!

You can only feel one thing at a time so when you're having fun feelings of stress & anxiety get crushed. Think about it, you can not feel happy & sad or excited & bored at the same time. Try it.
