As you close your eyes and relax you can better access the power of the mind, focus and tell it what you want. This is a powerful place to be because you can start manifesting change in your life rather than having internal dialogue that stifles and limits you.
It's effective because during a relaxed state the subconscious mind is enabled for highly-effective change work. The subconscious mind is where over the years you've created yourself and so by working with this part of your mind you have a greater chance of success. It still requires work and daily action outside of any coaching session but you'll find that your mind is working with you, not against you.
