Building Lasting Confidence

I recently went to Gurdev for help with my performance on the tennis court. I found that whilst playing tennis I had a lot of negative emotions. I would get angry at myself and have strong negative self talk.


Using hypnotherapy Gurdev helped me overcome this. He helped tune out the negative self talk to the point that when I play tennis matches my mind is focused and more importantly I enjoy playing. The most amazing thing about this was that the process was simple, relaxing and I noticed changes in my mindset after just one session.


Gurdev was very professional in his approach and his guidance extremely helpful. His explanation of what he was doing was very clear cut. My tennis has massively improved since my sessions with Gurdev in ways I didn't think were possible. I am massively grateful for Gurdevs help and am looking forward to winning more and more matches.
